Amber Lager
Similar to the popular East Coast Lager, this
recipe features lots of Hallertau and Tettnanger hops in the finish. A
light soft malt flavor/finish to produce a very good beer. Recipe also
calls for "Dry-Hopping", adding Hallertau hops directly into the
fermenter for the last week of fermentation.
